		<description><![CDATA[Your article is poorly researched and poorly presented.  The fact that renewables cost more is a known quantity.  Anything that is better is assumed to be more costly.  Otherwise everyone would drive a Mercedes Benz, I think.  Aside from your astute observations that rate payers are paying more for cleaner, greener electricity, you are lacking in your understanding of the benefits.  Biomass is massively cleaner and greener than coal and to state otherwise is either ignorant or dishonest.  Coal creates no jobs, pollutes more than any other fossil fuel and is a social and environmental abomination.  Biomass supports local loggers, local truckers, local land owners and it is 100% beneficial by any comparative measure.]]></description>
