According to a new "poll" by Elon University, 6% of people in the Raleigh area aren't ready for the upcoming DTV transition. I'd say that's pretty darn good.
But look how this article is framed, it seems to ignore the fact that almost everyone IS ready.
But 94% of the people HAVE gotten the message! What type of standard are the expecting? Name me some other event that 94% of people could be aware of. Heck, only 69% of people voted last week. But 94% isn't good enough.
Maybe the only thing that will get that last 6% of the population's notice is when they wake up one morning and can't watch TV.
