One of the more interesting crosstabs from our special edition poll last week was the difference in support of the candidates for president based on your marital status.
Of the respondents who were married, McCain led 51%-40%.
Among singles, Obama led 54%-41%.
Probably not all that surprising, but one of those things in the crosstabs that I never really thought about but jumped out at me. If you’re married, you’re more likely voting for McCain. If you’re single, you’re more likely voting for Obama.
