Changes have been made to the Prisoner Home Leave Program but there are still questionable convicts being released on the weekend. One of the new rules to the policy was that the District Attorney had to be notified when a new prisoner has qualified for home leave by the Department of Corrections. The District Attorney in Rockingham County has recently been notified that Claimon Lee Tyler was approved for participation in the program. Claimon Tyler has a wrap sheet a mile long and is eligible for parole but what you might find interesting is that he has an outstanding Order for Arrest in Forsyth County. Will Claimon Tyler be arrested this weekend?
