It seems that the media and congressional proponents of the health reform proposal are doing everything in their power to convince the American people that those who are advocating opposition to the health care plan and disrupting town hall meetings are simply the spokespersons of private industry.
But then what does that make the Obama administration? What of their nearly covert deal with PhRMA? Seems to me like the administration being a bit too quick (and hypocritical) to accuse.
Obama capping PhRMA’s cost liability in prescription price reductions. PhRMA running a multimillion dollar ad campaign supporting the health care reform plan.
Apparently making deals with private pharmaceutical companies is OK when the government is the one doing it.
Any of this sound “fishy” to anyone else?
