NC Backs Taxpayer Protection Act — April 2016 Poll

May 23, 2016

Our recent poll looked at what NC voters thought of a Taxpayer Protection Act (TABOR), which puts a limit on the growth of state budgets. (This article from last year explains further.)

The most recent poll asked likely NC voters:

There are provisions included which would allow the legislature and governor to override the Taxpayer Protection Act under extraordinary circumstances with a supermajority of legislators voting.
